***TO MAKE ONLY
ALMOND MILK***
…just follow steps 1 & 2 below…

* I n g r e d i e n t s *
— 4 cups Spring Water
— ½ cup Soaked Almonds (soaked in water overnight, then strained…look below the recipe for more info)
— 3 Bananas, broken into chunks
— 1-2 cups Strawberries (you can leave the green stems on them if you want to!)

OPTIONAL
ADDITIONS:
— Cinnamon
— Honey
— a scoop of "Nutritional Essentials," a whole food supplement made by Natural Choice Products (NCP).

* P r e p a r a t i o n *
— 1) Add the spring water and soaked almonds to your Vita-mix blender, or whatever blender is the best blender for you. http://BLEND.life-regenerator.com

— 2) Blend at high speed for a minute, until it looks like milk.

— 3) Next, toss the banana chunks & strawberries in, and blend on high speed until the desired consistency is reached.

— 4) Do a taste test of your smoothie first, and if you think it needs a little something extra then add 1 or 2 optional additions such as cinnamon, honey, or a scoop of a whole food supplement such as "Nutritional Essentials" http://NCP.life-regenerator.com , and then blend! Just be sure to add a little bit at a time as it's a lot easier to add more of an ingredient, than it is to remove it! 😀

— 5) Pour into glasses, serve, and enjoy.. 😀

*SOAKED NUTS & SEEDS*

If you soak nuts and seeds in water overnight then strain the water away before eating them or using them in a recipe, they become more easily digestible. This is because the enzyme inhibitors get released, so they will no longer be inhibiting the actions of the enzymes present in the food that help to break down and digest it…which in turn means that all of the proteins/amino acids and essential fatty acids become much more utilizable by our bodies! 😀
