Ingredients for 500 grams of meat:
cut the meat into strips
1 tsp sweet black pepper
1/2 tsp ginger powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
1/4 tsp ground cloves
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp cardamon powder
5 tbsp yogurt
2 tbsp red vinegar
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp salt
3 tbsp oil
