Recipe

Ingredients:
Puffed Rice – 3 Cups
Potatoes -2
(Boiled, peeled & chopped into tiny cubes)
Onion – 1 Large (Finely chopped)
Tomato – 1 Large (Finely chopped)
Coriander – Some bunch (Finely chopped)
Green chilly pepper – 1 (Finely chopped)
Tamarind Chutney – 1 bowl
Mint Sauce – 1 small bowl
Raw mango – 1 (Grated)
And some Sev & Papdi to garnish.

Method
1. In a large bowl mix the puffed rice, potatoes, onions, tomatoes, sev, coriander and green chilly pepper.

2. Add couple of spoonfuls of the tamarind chutney, the mint sauce and mix it.
The secret to a nice bhel is to mix it really well.

3. Now plate the bhel and garnish with some sev, papdi, top it of with some grated raw mango and serve right away.
