• 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour (300g)
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (5mL)
• 1 cup buttermilk (250mL)
• 2 teaspoons blue gel paste food color (10mL)
• 1 ½ cups vegetable oil (325mL)
• 2 tablespoons cocoa powder (13g)
• 2 teaspoons white vinegar (10mL)
• 1 ½ teaspoons baking soda (7.5mL)
• ½ teaspoon salt (2.5mL)
• 2 eggs
