Ingredients for the crust:
• 7 oz gluten free shortbread cookies, crushed into crumbs. ( I used 1 box of Pamela's Lemon Shortbreads)
• 4 tbsp butter, melted
• 2 tbs sugar
• the zest of ½ an orange

Ingredients for the batter:
• 7 oz Greek yogurt
• 16 oz cream cheese, softened (regular or light)
• 3 eggs
• 2/3 cup sugar
• 2 tsp vanilla
• 1 cup blueberries
• the zest of ½ an orange
