Boo-tiful tiny ghost meringues just in time for your Halloween weekend!

Ingredients

1 quail egg white
¼ tsp sugar
⅛ tsp cream of tartar
Black nonpareil sprinkles

Steps

1.)Whip egg white until light and fluffy. Add sugar and cream of tartar. Continue whipping until stiff peaks form.
2.) Add meringue to piping bag and pipe little ghost-shaped dollops.
3.) Using tweezers, place the sprinkles as eyes.
