Crepe Recipe:

Recipe:
Combine the following in a blender:
2 eggs
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup water
3 tbs melted butter
1 cup flour

Blend (For a sweet crepe add sugar, vanilla & liqueur. For a savory crepe add chopped herbs & salt)

Strain the batter to ensure it is smooth & let it rest for at least 1 hour (overnight if possible).

Use a non-stick pan. Pour batter into the pan & cook quickly!

Caramelized Bananas
– Melt 2 tbs of butter on medium high
– add 2tbs of brown sugar
– add sliced bananas to the pan
– add a splash of vanilla
– add a pinch of cinnamon
– add a splash of hazelnut liqueur
Let the liqueur burn off
– remove from heat once heated through & caramelized

Hazelnut Topping
– Heat a large scoop of hazelnut spread & a little bit of cream in a small pot & drizzle over the top of your crepe.
