Peach and Basil Prosecco Cocktail
2 cups fresh or frozen peaches, peeled and pitted.
6 basil leaves
juice of 1 lime
2 tablespoons agave
1 bottle prosecco, chilled
Peach slices for garnish

1.Into a blender add the peaches, basil, lime juice, agave, and puree until smooth. Fill champagne flutes 1/3 full with the fruit puree. Top each glass with prosecco and stir to combine. Garnish with extra sliced peaches.

Serves: 6
