I really like my changes. Be sure and add your xanthum gum or guar gum to the recipes when it calls for it; as that replaces that ‘stretchy’ gluten you need on most breads and cake mixes. This is great on chicken strips too. Blessings!
Recipe:
I use 3 cups of tapioca flour, 2 cups white rice flour, 1 cup sweet rice flour, 1 cup brown rice flour, 3 cups of cornstarch (or sorghum flour instead of cornstarch), 3 Tbps of Potato Starch, and 6 Tbps potato flour. Blend well. Best wishes!
