Chocolate Covered Frozen Bananas

1 bunch bananas
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 pound semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
Popsicle sticks
Sprinkles
Crushed nuts

1.Remove the bottom 2-inches from each banana. Roll bananas in lemon juice, just to coat the outside, to prevent discoloration. Push a popsicle stick into the cut end of the banana. Line a sheet tray with plastic wrap. Place bananas on the plastic wrap and freeze.
2.Melt chocolate over a double boiler. Dip banana into the chocolate, allowing excess to drip off the bottom. Coat bananas with sprinkles or nuts.
