A chocolatey cupcake / brownie mix turned into a donut! Simple but very cute and delicious.
Ingredients: (makes 12)
200g chocolate (I used dark chocolate)
200g butter
200g brown sugar
100ml water
1 teaspoon of vanilla
2 eggs (beaten)
250g plain flour
1 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder
Icing:
1 cup of icing/confectioners sugar
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla
Add milk until you get desired consistency
Colouring and sprinkles
Silicon donut tray from www.lightinthebox.com. I believe you can buy hard trays from most large department stores or also on line.
