Chocolate Walnut Bliss Balls Recipe

Ingredients

1 1/4 cups dates, pitted
1 cup walnuts
1/2 cup pecans or walnuts
1 cup raw cacao powder (
2 tbsp Maple syrup (
1 tsp pure vanilla extract (
2 tbsp shredded coconut

Directions

1. Place walnuts and pecans in a high-speed blender. Mix until the nuts are finely ground.
2. Add the dates, cacao, maple syrup and vanilla to the blender. Blend until the mixture sticks together.
3. Roll into bit sized balls.
4. Coat in coconut.
5. Store in the fridge for up to 1 week.
