Tools and Equipment:
Serrated edge knife
Plain butter knife
Teaspoon
2 x Zip lock bag
Scissors

Ingredients
2 x Cupcakes per gingerbread house (12 cupcakes makes 6 completed house cupcakes)
Melted Dark Chocolate
1 batch buttercream frosting (half white, half coloured light brown with 2tbsp cocoa)
Candy Cane Sprinkles (I used Wilton)
Snowflake sprinkles (optional)
White sprinkles (I used white non-pariels)
Licourice All-sort candies (1 per cupcake — you can also use fondant or modeling chocolate or other flat coloured candies)
‘Freckles’ Candies (choc buttons with sprinkles on top — you can make these yourself by placing small circles of melted chocolate and covering in sprinkles, then allowing them to completely set)
Ice cream wafer (or alternative flat, rectangle cookies)
