How to make a Christmas gammon with marmalade, mustard, honey & cloves.
In this video recipe we are cooking a delicious piece of gammon full of flavour and melt in your mouth!
Great over the Christmas and New Year period & perfect with your Christmas dinner served with turkey or your buffet the next day. I served mine simply with 2 fried eggs, gammon and crusty bread 🙂
