Makes about 25-30
Pastry:
200g plain flour (about 1 1/2 cups)
200g of butter (cube & put in freezer for 10-15 mins before using)
pinch of salt
1 1/2 tablespoons of sugar
50g cold water
1/2 cup of brown sugar
about 50g melted butter
cinnamon – add to taste
egg wash – 1 beaten egg with dash of milk
