I HATE DRINKING WATER!!!! Even though water is one of my must-have “beauty products” it really is painful to gulp down 64 oz of it everyday. I can do 32 oz with no prob.
So in order to get me pumped about drinking that last 32 oz I had to add a bit of an essence to the water. Citrus and mint to the rescue!!!
I really like the taste of water with lemon, lime and orange added. The mint leaves compliments the flavors well without making the water taste like mouthwash.
After a workout and can almost knock back a whole 32 ozs of this stuff.
It’s still water, but to me it’s much better than drinking plain water.
