The ingredients are gin, fresh lemon juice, simple syrup, egg white, and wither Chambord or grenadine to produce the pink color. Now this drink is a little bit labor intensive, as you shake the drink while dry to emulsify the egg white and THEN you shake and strain it with ice. It tastes like a lemon meringue pie with a hint of gin, but it is a deceptively strong drink. The egg white gives this Easter cocktail a distinct body and a bit of a foamy head.
