Coffee CUPcakes
Ingredients
1 box chocolate cake mix
1 chocolate pudding pack
1.5 lb. box of rolled white fondant 1 can chocolate frosting
Materials
Pizza or fondant cutter
12 ” ruler
2 1/2″ diameter circle cookie cutter
Classified Coffee Concoction
1/2c milk chocolate chips 1/2c heavy cream
1tbsp instant mocha coffee

1.Start with any brand of chocolate cake mix, mix as directed and add a pack of chocolate pudding.
2.Line cupcake pan with paper cups and fill about 3/4 of the way full.
3.Bake in a 350 oven for 30 mins
4.While cooling, roll out fondant and cut 8×2″ strips for the sides of the mugs, 2 1/2″ 
diameter circle (for the bottom). Create the coffee cup handle and set aside to dry.
5.Coat the outside edges of the cupcake with chocolate frosting. Wrap white fondant 
around each cupcake.
6.Turn upside down and ice the bottom and add the circle.
7.Use a little water to attach the handles and set aside to dry

Making the CCC
1. Combine cream and mocha and microwave for about 10-15 seconds 2. Pour the cream over bowl of chocolate chips and stir
3. Drizzle over the top of each cupcake
4. Serve on a saucer with a doily, sugar cube and ice-cream(er)!
