Chef Anthony Gray of Bacon Brothers Public House introduces Jax to his fresh take on classic regional flavors while showing off some of the finest ingredients that the south has to offer. On Game Day, Chef Anthony smokes a coffee rubbed pork belly served with gorgeous purple grits.
