Cookie Monster Fudge
Ingredients:
– 3 cups chocolate melting wafers (Royal Blue)
– 1 can sweetened condensed milk
– Chopped chocolate chip cookies and Oreos
– Candy eyeballs

Procedure:
1. Line an 8″x 8″ square baking pan with plastic wrap and set aside.
2. Place chocolate in a microwave safe bowl and melt in 60 second intervals until the chocolate is smooth.
3. Pour milk into melted chocolate and stir until combined.
4. Press chocolate mixture into the prepared pan and use a spatula to flatten it down.
5. Press cookie chunks into the fudge, and press the eyeballs into the chocolate in pairs.
6. Place pan into the fridge to solidify.
7. To remove the fudge, pull up on the plastic wrap to lift it out of the pan and cut into squares with a sharp knife.
8. Chocolate fudge can be made ahead of time, kept in a sealed container in the fridge and served when desired.

Cookie Monster Chocolate Candy Bark
Ingredients:
– Chocolate melting wafers (Royal Blue)
– Mini chocolate chip cookies and Oreos
– Candy eyeballs

Procedure:
1. Line a baking tray with a large piece of parchment paper.
2. Place chocolate in a microwave safe bowl and melt in 60 second intervals until the chocolate is smooth.
3. Pour melted chocolate onto the parchment paper and spread into a rectangle with an offset spatula.
4. Place mini cookies and eyeballs all over the bark.
5. Place pan in the fridge to solidify and then cut into pieces with a sharp knife or break up the bark.
6. Chocolate bark can be made ahead of time, kept in a sealed container in the fridge and served when desired.
