Corn Waffles Recipe | Quick & Easy Recipes | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana



We have all eaten waffles with maple syrup, here’s the recipe to make corn waffles.


1 ¼ cup refined flour
¾ cup cornmeal
½ cup fresh corn kernels
2 tablespoons sugar
Salt to taste
¼ teaspoon baking powder
1 ½ cup milk
1 egg
Oil for greasing
Butter for garnish


1. Preheat the waffle iron.
2. In a mixing bowl, mix cornmeal, refined flour, sugar, salt,
baking powder and corn kernels.
3. Add egg and mix well.
4. Add sufficient milk to make a semi-thick batter. Avoid adding
all the milk together.
5. Grease the waffle iron with oil, pour the batter, cover and cook
for 4-5 minutes.
6. Once cooked, remove onto a serving plate, top up with a
dollop of butter and serve immediately.
