Today Marcus shares one of his favorite recipes – juicy crabcake sandwiches. Not crappy at all!

INGREDIENTS
1 pound backfin crab meat
2c bread crumbs
3T old Bay
2 eggs
¼ c mayo
½ c small diced carrots
½ c small diced celery
¼ c green onion
Butter for cooking
Sesame seed bun, bib lettuce, sliced tomato
RECIPE
Lightly saute carrots and celery in a non-stick skillet, let cool.
Combine the rest of the ingredients in a bowl, mix well.
Form into cake and sear off in small batches.
Toast bun and serve with desired toppings.
