1 cup(250ml) chickpea flour (gram flour or besan)
1/4 cup rice flour
1/4 cup wheat flour
1 tsp chilly flakes
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp green chilly paste
1/4 turmeric powder
1/2 tsp black pepper coarsely crushed
1/4 tsp asafoetida (hing)
1/4 tsp ajwain (carom seeds or ajowan caraway)
1 tsp salt or as per your taste
2 tblsp fresh coriander leaves
Water to make batter
2 medium potatoes
Oil for deep frying
