INGREDIENTS:
1/2 lb mozzarella (low-moisture)
1 egg
1/4 cup whole milk
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup semolina or corn meal
1 tsp chili flakes
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp dried chervil (any fresh or dried green herb will do)
1 tsp fresh chopped rosemary
salt & pepper to taste
1 qt canola oil for frying

1/4 cup oilve oil
1 cup red wine
3 cups canned crushed tomato
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 tbsp cayenne pepper
1 tbsp chili flakes
2 tbsp chopped garlic
3 tbsp chopped white onion
2 tbsp brown sugar
Salt & Black Pepper to taste
