Cupcake recipe for beginners:
In this video I demonstrate how to make muffins at home. You can easily and quickly make chocolate chip muffins on the table.
Ingredients:
Unsalted butter 180g
Sugar 180g
1g of salt
3 eggs (150g)
Soft flour 245g
Baking powder 6g
1g baking soda
200g chocolate chips
30ml milk

Recipe:
Add sugar and salt in unsalted butter
Mix 3 eggs seperately shake.
Add soft flour , baking powder and mix
Add the milk and mix
Mix Chocolate chips in the dough
Fill cupcake tray with dough and put remaining chocolate chips on top
Preheated oven 170 degree and bake for 35 minutes
Cool, remove from the pan
