Awesome RAINBOW Pull-Apart CUPCAKE Cake! 24 mini cupcakes make up this great rainbow cupcake cake, with marshmallow clouds – Change the size by using more or less cupcakes for this awesome, super easy Rainbow Cake!
No fancy tools or equipment required – Skill level = EASY
I have been wanting to make a Rainbow pull apart for a while and a comment from @127heidi prompted me to make it for this weeks MIXED-UP MONDAY tutorial! Thanks @127Heidi!
A Mixed-up Monday could be anything – flowers, modelling, giant cupcake, pull apart cupcake cake or a full sized cake – you never know, that’s why it’s MIXED-UP!
For this tutorial I used:
24 x mini cupcakes,
45cm/30cm (18″x12″) cake board, which I iced in blue (see tutorial below for how to ice a board)
Some frosting (see tutorial below for frosting
Marshmallows – regular and mini
Melted white chocolate
Zip lock bags (to pipe with)
