The next time you want a satisfying and hearty (yet speedy) dinner, give chickpeas a try. (Almost) universally loved, they are among my go-to pantry ingredients. Today I’m combining some of my favorite flavors in a quick sauteed curry: ginger, garlic, and onion to start; a touch of curry powder and some tomato paste; then a couple cans of chickpeas; heat through — dinner!
