4 Cups of Cooked and Cooled Rice (I used Long Grain White Rice)
1 Stick of Celery (chopped)
4 Spring Onions (Thinly Sliced)
1 Red Apple (diced)
1/2 Cup of Sultanas / Raisins
2 Tablespoons of Brown Sugar
2 Teaspoons of Curry Powder
2 Tablespoons of White Vinegar
1/3 Cup of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper
