Healthy Almond Biscuits (Cookies) Recipe

Ingredients:
2 cups of almond flour (ground almonds), 2 tbsps of honey, 2 tbsps of maple syrup, 4 tbsps of coconut oil, vanilla seeds from a vanilla pod or 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, 1 teaspoon of bicarbonate of soda, 1 teaspoon of nutmeg, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, parchment paper.

Method:
Mix all the dry ingredients together with a spoon, then add the rest of the wet ingredients. Mix well and form into cookie shapes. Lay out onto baking paper, bake for 20 minutes at 175 degrees centigrade (350 degrees Fahrenheit)
