DECADENT FERRERO ROCHER CHEESECAKE

This cheesecake certainly has the wow factor! Beautifully creamy like mousse, it’s absolutely delicious!

Ingredients:

Base:
100g of hazelnuts
250g of biscuits (I used scotch finger)
100g-110g of butter (put in a little at a time)

Cheesecake:
500g of cream cheese
300g of sour cream
1/2 cup (100g) of caster sugar (super fine sugar)
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1/3 cup of coffee (I used 3 teaspoons)
3 eggs
1/3 cup of nutella (more if you want)
Ferrero rochers and 25g of hazelnuts to top

Bake for 60-70 mins at 160 degrees celsius, 150 fan forced
