BLAZING SADDLES:

1 ½ oz Grey Goose L’Orange
1 oz Nopales Gastrique (Nopales, orange, cilantro, adobo, champagne vinegar)
1 oz Caramelized Pineapple Puree
¾ oz Lime juice
1 oz Tamarind Ginger syrup
Dash Xocatl Molé Bitters

Combine all ingredients and shake with ice. Strain over fresh cubed ice. Garnish with Snake Oil (sandalwood, sage, frankincense, myrrh, cactus flower & gold.)
