ingredients include:
spinach – handful
kale – handful
carrots – 50-100g
blueberry – handful
apple -1 whole apple
broccoli – 50-100g
cinnamon- half tea spoon
turmeric- half tea spoon
squeezed lime – half lime

Bit of info on each ingredient is as follows:

blueberries:
