Casserole Queens Martini
2 ounces vodka
3/4 ounce dry vermouth
Ice
Olive juice, if desired
Green olives, for garnish

1.In a cocktail shaker with ice combine vodka and dry vermouth. Pour into a martini glass. Add olive juice if you like your martini dirty and garnish with olives.

Deviled Eggs
1 dozen eggs
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 1/2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon herbs de Provence
1 tablespoon finely chopped Kalamata olives
1 tablespoon finely chopped sun-dried tomatoes
3 teaspoons finely chopped capers
2 teaspoons finely chopped parsley, plus whole leaves for garnish

1.Place eggs in a medium pot. Cover with cold water. Bring water to a boil. As soon as the water boils, remove pot from heat, cover with a lid and let stand 11 minutes. Immediately remove eggs from the hot water and place in an ice bath.
2.Once cooled, peel eggs, slice in half and remove yolks to a large bowl. Mash the yolks with a fork and then add mayonnaise, mustard, herbs de Provence, olives, sun-dried tomatoes, capers, and parsley. Mix until combined and smooth. Place filling in a ziptop bag and pipe into eggs.
