INGREDIENTS:
100g Cocoa Powder
1 tablespoon Plain Flour
200g Caster Sugar
500ml Whole Milk
100g Dark Chocolate (70% cocoa solids)
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 tablespoon Rum
