Steve and Daniel head to Jitlada in Hollywood to dream up Thai-inspired cocktails for the menu at their famed bar, Writer’s Room. While sampling some of the most authentic Southern Thai cuisine, the boys see if they can complete the infamous Dynamite Challenge — a meal so spicy that No one has finished it entirely! Steve – The Namwan
1.5 oz Gin,
3 oz Tom Kha Soup (no shrimp or spice)
.5 oz lime juice

Garnish
thai basil
lime wedge
young coconut meat
lime peel

Daniel – The Sesame Song
Pepper infused Vodka- I used thai bird chilis. But use whatever dry red chili you can find. Stuff as much chili in a bottle of vodka as you can. Shake. Taste every two hours or so. Strain out when desired heat level is achieved.

2 oz Chili infused vodka
2 oz OJ
1/2 oz Simple syrup
1 teaspoon cayenne

Shake – Strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with black sesame seeds and chili.
