One of my subbies gave me this recipe on twitter after I was saying how it sucked that one of my fav. asian restaurants got caught sneaking a roadkill deer into the restaurant.
I’ve already made it three times in one week without tweaking a thing. It’s so good but even better the next day!
The sauce is perfectly sweet, tangy and sticky and that chicken is so tender and juicy. Homemade is def. the way to go for everything it seems huh?
I love that I can use my fav. organic chicken breast (sometimes that chicken looks suspect when I get take-out I’m just saying!) and only a few simple ingredients to bring this dish together! Yasss that’s my kinda dinner!
