Hey everyone! I get a lot of questions about what I eat both in my personal life and on the internet, so I thought I would show everyone what I eat for dinner on a typical night. This was filmed over the course of a typical week (Mon- Fri).
To clear up a few basic points:
I am 18 years old and have been cooking all my own food for 2.5 years now.
I am a senior in high school and live at home. Because I eat differently from my family, I am given a small separate food budget to buy my own ingredients. I do my own grocery shopping most of the time, and use some of my own money to buy more exotic ingredients.
This video is 100% authentic, this is how I eat 99% of the time =)
I hope you all enjoy this video, and please understand that I am not trying to push veganism or my lifestyle on anyone- this is just what I do. I hope that I can inspire people to find what works best for them, and maybe spark some ideas in the kitchen!! Have a wonderful day and go make yourself something healthy haha!
