Jinah PD and Eunice got together to share with you their favorite healthy food recipes! Today, Eunice shows us her quick and easy spinach tofu salad! It is based off of a Korean side dish, but with a little less seasoning, you can eat it on its own as a salad!

Here is the list of ingredients used:

– 1/2 package of firm tofu
– 1cup of boiled spinach, drained
– 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
– 1 tbsp soy sauce
– 1 tbsp sesame oil
– 1 tbsp sesame seeds, hand crushed
– 1 tbsp minced green onions
– salt to taste
