Ingredients

1 cup of boiled Brown lentils
1/2 cup brown rice
1 slice of bread
Small piece of chopped onion and mushrooms
salt per taste
1/2 tsp paprika
Oil for pan frying

Mix all the ingredients and form small patties. Pan fry in hot oil until both sides are golden brown. Enjoy with chutney or as my kids eat it …with ketchup
