Wanted to share my recipe for bibimbap! I eat this pretty regularly so I don’t like to spend too much time preparing it. Of course there are plenty of other more complete bibimbap recipes but this one is a great one if you are short on time, you’ve got some leftover Korean sidedishes or you’ve just got a lot of vegetables in your fridge!
