Hi everyone! Welcome to my channel! This is my first Youtube Video so please forgive me for any editing errors or glitches; I’m learning!
In this video, I have with me Sam Miller of Progressive Wellness, who is a private nutritionist/chef, wellness coach, and trainer. We are making two amazing Summer Smoothie Blends; an Acai Berry Smoothie and a Berry Blast smoothie!
Acai Berry Smoothie Ingredients:
•Frozen Acai Berry Packets (run under luke warm water to break up)
•Frozen Fruit Blend (We used a tropical fruit blend)
•1 Frozen Banana
•1 tsp of Chia Seeds
• Cocoa Nibs (optional for topping)
•Brazil Nuts (opt. can replace with any other preferred nut)
•Muesli (or any other gluten free granola/cereal mix for topping)
•Unsweetened Dairy Free base (we used coconut milk)
•Raw Agave Nectar
Berry Blast Ingredients:
•Protein Powder (We used vanilla flavor)
•1 frozen banana
•1 banana
•Frozen cherries
•Frozen strawberries
•Organic blueberries
•Dairy Free base
•Coconut flakes (optional for topping)
•Raw Agave Nectar
