Easy,healthy,tasty weight loss recipie/vegetable oats porridge

This is a very easy, healthy and tasty weight loss recipe. If you eat this for dinner over a period of time you will find your stomach flatter and loss in weight. But above and all, don’t forget to move your bodies, nothing works if you are not doing any form of exercise.

Ingredients

2 tablespoon dry roasted oats powder(its the same which I used in my oats uttapa recipe, in this I have demonstrated how to make this powder, you can store this in refrigerator as will be used for other recipes too.)
1 cup mixed vegetables parboiled (you can use any vegetables you like exotic or non exotic) I used carrots, French beans, green peas, cauliflower and golden corns.
1/4 teaspoon butter(OPTIONAL) If you are in the process of major weight loss then you can avoid this , but if you are just maintaining your weight then you can add.
Salt and pepper to taste
Water
This quantity is good for 2 people.
