Here’s the third recipe of our Christmas menu…

Here’s how you make this delicious Wholegrain Mashed Potato:

Ingredients:

2 kg red potatoes

Flavouring:

2 tbsp dairy free butter
1/3 cup egg free mayo
1/2 cup oat cream
1 tbsp wholegrain mustard
salt to taste
pepper to taste

Method

1 Peel all the potatoes, chop them into smaller pieces put them in boiling water
2 Take them out of the water after 17 minutes & drain them
3 Put them back in the pan & mash them to your desired consistency
4 Put all the ingredients for flavouring in the pan & stir them all round
5 Serve with all the trimmings
