Oven Fried Chicken Parmesan is lightened up by skipping the frying pan and heading straight towards the oven. I’ve also used low fat mozzarella so we can have our Chicken Parm and eat it too.

Ingredients list
• 4 chicken cutlets
• 1 cup Bisquick
• Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt and pepper, to taste
• 2 eggs
• ¼ cup milk
• 3 tablespoons grated parmesan
• 2 oz grated mozzarella
• 2 cups your favorite marinara sauce
• 8 oz pasta
• 1 cup grape tomatoes halved
• 2 cup frozen green beans, rinsed
• 2 cloves of garlic, sliced
• 2 tbsp olive oil
