How to make gluten free sugar cookies for the holidays. I used a tree shaped cookie cutter to make them more festive. After making the cookies, these are perfect to frost and decorate.
The allrecipe website I used allows you to change the serving size to make however many cookies you want. For my gluten free sugar cookies, I used Bob’s Red Mill Whole Grain oat flour and light sugar and stevia blend C&H sugar.
