You will Need if you want to make your own Gluten Free Bread Flour Mix

60% Starches
Such as Potato Starch, Tapioca Starch, Rice Flour
I Use 100g/3.5oz of each of the above Starches

40% Grain Flours
Such as Teff Flour, Sorghum or Millet
So I would use 100g/3.5oz of two of the above.

1 Teaspoon of Baking Soda
and 1 Teaspoon of Xanthan Gum per 1lb/500g Loaf

180ml / 6oz Milk
180ml / 6oz Water
