Fish and Chip Batter
1 cup of Nexjen gluten Free fish and chip batter
1 ½ cup of cold water
Method:
1.Using a whisk all together well, rest for 2-5 minutes (this is made fresh daily)
2.Dust the fish in dry flour mix
3.Place dusted fish into batter
4.Place in 350F hot oil
5.Fry 4-6 minutes depends on the thickness of fish
6.Place fried fish on paper towel to take off excess fat
7.Season with salt
