[ad_2]

This homemade granola recipe is oat free and gluten free! It has less sugar than your average store bought granola and is full of HEALTHY FATS and NUTRIENTS from the quinoa, chia seeds, and coconut oil etc. I really love how this paleo granola tastes, especially when I make a parfait with it! I love using coconut yogurt, plain flavor by the So Delicious brand. So far, I have only been able to find this brand at Whole Foods and Sprouts. Add fresh fruits and layer in a lovely tall glass and bam you have BREAKFAST! This meal can be totally vegan and dairy free if you choose to use a vegan yogurt like coconut yogurt, soy yogurt, almond yogurt etc. Enjoy!
