Recipe for gluten free Meatloaf.

Ingredients:

1.5 lbs Ground Beef Sirloin
1.5 lbs Ground Beef 15% Fat
2 large Eggs
16 oz Tomato Sauce
1 cup onion chopped
1 cup quick oats
1 cup Gluten Free Bread Crumbs
1 tsp Kosher Salt
2 tsp Fresh Ground Pepper
2 tsp Granulated Garlic
3 tbsp Gluten Free Ketchup

Step 1 In a medium bow, blend the two types of ground beef together. This is a great time to use your hands. Once mixed, make a small bowl like indentation in the meat to to add the other ingredients.

Step 2 Mix the eggs together in a small bowl then add them to the beef, then add tomato sauce, onions, quick oats, Gluten Free Bread Crumbs, Kosher Salt, Pepper and garlic. Mix well.

Step 3 Divide into 2 equal portions and set one portion aside to make meatballs later.

Step 4 Place meatloaf mixture into bake pan and shape into oval.

Step 5 Smooth top of meatloaf with ketchup. Sprinkle fresh ground pepper on top, cover with foil and place in oven. Bake 350 degrees for 45 minutes
