In this video I demonstrate how to make Gluten Free Peanut Chicken. I used all gluten free ingredients for this recipe. This is an all time favorite as I am allergic to all nuts except peanuts, this is perfect contracts of flavor and textures.

Ingredients:
Please note, I used all gluten free products which I found at our local store which carries all gluten free products.
Marinade:
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast cut into cubes
1 tablespoon Chinese rice wine or dry sherry
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 level tablespoon cornstarch
Sauce:
3 1/2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
4 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
4 tablespoons water
2 teaspoons granulated sugar
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
Other:
1 clove garlic minced
1 large onion thinly sliced
2/3 cup roasted peanuts
3-4 tablespoons oil for stir-frying, as needed
